REMINDER, that effective Tuesday, August 1, 2006, The Options Clearing Corp (OCC) will utilize the CME Give-Up Payment System (GPS) for its member firms that conduct give
up futures transactions only on the following exchanges: One Chicago (ONE), Chicago Futures Exchange (CFE) and the Philadelphia
Board of Trade (PBT).
Back-office users who currently have access to GPS, and who also represent an OCC clearing firm on one of the above exchanges,
will be given access to their OCC firm(s) to set up agreements, accounts and rates.
OCC firms will be required to complete a separate GPS banking agreement form. Please click on the following link for access
to the appropriate form:
http://www.cme.com/clearing/cm/sys/gsystem1102.html.
The OCC version of GPS is simply another instance of the version that CME and CBT firms currently use. There are no changes
to current GPS functionality. If you have additional staff who would require training, please click on the following link
for the training schedule.

are currently sent. Should you have any questions, please call CME Clearing Services at 312-207-2525 or e-mail ccs@cme.com.
